The plans for the £65 million extension to the Eastbourne Arndale Centre will be unveiled in a public exhibition on Friday 14th of October and Saturday 15th of October.
The exhibition is to be held in the former Sony Centre in the Arndale Centre, opening from 9am to 4.30pm on both days.
The proposed plan is to extend the Eastbourne Arndale Centre on the Terminus Road bus interchange side, creating space for another 26 stores and enabling some current retailers to expand into larger units.
The exhibition will provide information regarding the proposals for residents and visitors alike. It is also an opportunity for the residents and visitors to share their thoughts on the £65 million extension.
Simon Russian, Senior Fund Manager at Legal & General (who are one of the investors) commented;
