The Eastbourne & District Business Lunch Club welcomed the Chief Medical Officer for the London 2012 Paralympic Team to their latest meeting at The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne.
Well known for the Sportswise clinic at the University of Brighton Campus in Carlisle Road, Nick Webborn is currently Medical Director of The Sussex Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine at The University of Brighton and a Research Fellow of the Chelsea School, University of Brighton and Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Medicine, Queen Mary,University of London.
During the Games Nick was based at the Paralympic Village and together with his extensive medical team, he delivered support and treatment to British athletes.
Organised by Cobb PR, the lunch club is open to directors and chief executives of larger companies and always welcomes higher profile speakers.
